Shipping Method
All Pawā Box™ shipments are sent via FedEx Ground for a flat fee of $13.99 unless otherwise requested. We do offer expedited and international shipping outside of the United States at the customer’s expense. Contact us using the information below to request an alternative shipping option.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If your Pawā Box(es) do not operate as they should or are damaged during shipping, let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We will replace your Pawā Box(es) at no cost to you.
Returns
If you are unhappy with the product, we will accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. Refunds will be credited to the card on file at the time of the processing. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days upon receipt of the returned product. To initiate a return, contact us directly.
